Booked my wedding ring in for repairs on 22 Oct with Elicia, i was told that the bag will leave the next day and it will take 2 weeks to repair but she will update me by the friday. The following tuesday i had still not heard anything from them - i then called the tuesday to check and Elicia wasnt available. I then dealt with Zulfah who was the most unhelpful person there who told me that Elicia will call me the in morning - i complained about zulfah but i was told that she is still training when i know for a fact that she was there a year ago when i had first purchased the ring. Who trains for a year in a jewellery store! poor excuse! I then never heard back from Elicia and called back the friday. I was told that they definately received the ring and that they are working on it, it will arrive on Wednesday (6 Nov) in the job bag and they will let me know that it has arrived. I ofcourse heard nothing from them and phoned to find out that they are only working on my ring now and i have to wait another week. I refuse to wait another week and they should deliver on there promises. This is the most pathetic service i have ever received and will not recommend them to anyone else.
