I signed a lease with Mafadi management in September. The advert on gumtree and when meeting the agent advised that parking was available to tenants and secured access. After signing the lease i was advised that parking had to be paid for. When i advised the agent of what he said and what was in the advert, he advised that i could then park my car outside. I started paying for parking. On the second month we were told we would no longer park in the basement parking. Again Mafadi did not advise tenants of changes and the project manager had to be constantly contacted for a resolution. We were then given parking one block away from the building with a 10pm gates lock down. A note was then left under the door advising of change in parking, deposit required for parking bay, cost per month and cost of the remote. Again the agent was contacted and had no answers, advising that he had to wait for the Project Manager. The lease was signed with the stipulated parking fee. I asked the agent why the tenants were not timorously informed of changes taking place and advised of what to do instead of been constantly stressed out.
