To whom it may concern,

My phone had to be booked twice for a repair and a upgrade in the past two months.

I feel South Africans don't credit and praise enough when good service is rendered but will quickly complain when bad service is experienced.

I both times when my phone had to be booked experienced outstanding phenomenal service from a lady by the name of Zulfah!

She is only a short period with the Vodacom Repairs Centre in Greenpoint, Cape Town but showed passion for her job. Her product knowledge, competency, customer service, attention to detail, my needs as the customer etc. etc. were all attended to 100% satisfactory.

She made such an impression on me while in store that I feel she should be highly recommended for her services in the company and for her employees to see how it should be done!

Zulfah has made me feel proud to be a South African and to support local!
