My Telkom line stopped working just over three weeks ago. It was reported immediately and up until today nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I keep phoning every second day and all they can tell me is that there is something wrong with the exchange and that they are working on it. Yesterday the employee from customer service said that the supervisor will phone me back during the day - I have still not hard a word from the supervisor. I work from home and have now suffered a loss of income and I have to pay Telkom for the internet service for the past tree weeks which I have not received. I am very unimpressed.
