Since December 2012 we have been having issues with our Telkom phone line that was reported and was still not resolved for 3 weeks, The fault was then corrected and we are now experiencing the same problem. This was reported to Telkom on 21 January 2013 and still no JOY. This was escalated and we were promised a technician will be assigned to it right away, That was Monday 28/01 and still nothing. This is totally unaceptable that we need to pay telkom monthly for rental and use of the telkom line that out of the past 8 weeks has not been working for 5 weeks, Will we be refunded due to your incompetence???
