I have been struggling for weeks now to get someone from Telkom to come and repair my line.
Received an sms today. The fault has been repaired but no one pitched at the home or at the exchange. I have escalated And Phoned and phoned and phoned. No assistance.
The exchange is fine. The Modem is fine (& new).. Only my residential line that needs to be looked at. (Hit by lightning and fried/black)
I am an IT consultant working from home. Every day I sit without internet is a major loss of income? Who is going to reimburse me for monies lost due to incompetence? I am even willing to pay a private company to come and repair. But no one but telkom are allowed to work on their line's
How difficult can it be to send out a technician to come to my residence and repair my line. Even the supervisors cant get a hold of the technician assigned to my fault. Her cell is always off
