Utterly Disgusted: Received a call from one Elon Mathipa explaining everything to me and PROMISING my refund to be done R700 odd to be refunded 6-14 days after the call. it is now on day 18 and nothing received. After me visiting the branch in Cresta AGAIN I was told that the refund request has been declined due to the incorrect amount to be refunded!! I am utterly disgusted with this service and cannot think that a company like this is still open!!! This is now starting to look like if you ask me...
