To whom it may concern,

I would like to complain about the service that Telkom provides. For the past month and a half I have been reporting the issue and everyone I get through to has a different solution. Our line at our business has an issue and I have reported it over and over telling them they need to come redo the line but they always say that the line on the exchange side is not communicating.

I called Telkom this morning at 9:00am to get someone to assist me and the 2nd lady I spoke to could not help me, she just put me through to a different department because she cannot handle customer issues which is a problem for Telkom.

We also upgraded our line from a 2MB to a 4MB, finding out yesterday that who ever did our upgrade put us on a 10MB line and the line cannot handle that internet speed which I am assuming it has eventually crashed now.

We are 5 business's that run off the internet and it is ridiculous that I need to run after Telkom when the fault has been reported over and over again. I would like a technician to come out and sort our internet line out, otherwise we will be finding another internet provider.

Telkom needs to find us a solution.
