My Telkom line has not been working for the last 2 weeks. I've call Telkom every single working day and have been told that the problem is due to a faulty exchange in our area. The call center operators always tell me that they will get someone to call me back and explain when service might be resumed, but I have yet to receive a phone call (2 weeks now).
This call has been escalated, and I have really reached my limit. I've spent a fortune on 3G data bundles just so I can get internet at home.
