Bad Service as a manage

Bought new phone between August and October Samsung Galaxy S3, 2 months after i bought it it started to have a charging problem then i took it for repairs at vodacom repair center Du-Toit street pretoria then when i went to fetch it i found that screen was cracked then when i raised it with them they said i must pay R2100 though they were responsible for the damage on the screen and charging problem was a factory fault as when they checked it they agreed on the problem was factory fault.

The sad part is the they told me to take the phone back to store where i bought and i am still paying for it though its not even working, then i went to the store to raise the issue with the manager (Graig) then he mentioned that there are important customer than me i must deal with the problem on my own then i left with a sore heart because of the manager's bad sucking attitude, i went for the second time to hear if they willing to sort my concern then second manager whom his name is Phillip told he has nothing to do with my concern but they only care about money that i must pay then i told them they rather keep their phone and cancel the deal they refused and threatening to black list me.
