Took a contract from nashua approx 5 weeks ago. phone has been in repairs twice already. once with nashua and once with samsung. i picked up the phone yesterday and today i notice the phone has the same problem.
phone went in for overheating, lagging, screen dimming, and major battery drain.
pcb's have been replaced both times. and i still have the same problem.
my mail issue is the battery drain. taken of charge at 6am.by 7:30, 15% down already and i have not used the phone.
either take this phone back, and give me a proper sm9000 model or upgrade my contract to the sm6005 model.
i will not accept this unit or any other sm900 units.
my next step will be ombudsman complaint,
it is very frustrating paying for a contract and not having the phone because it is in repairs 90% of the time.
