I have been trying to cancel my account with you, ref: PC-ZH7N-278YIL

I have been waiting since October for someone to collect the phone that was ordered online (U538094), i cancelled the phone within 7days of receiving it due to Network problems, I did receive a call last week Wednesday (11/12/2013) and a guy i spoke to confirmed that the phone will be collected by Friday (13.12.2013), today its the 18th and i am still waiting.

I hope the statement received was the last one because i do not wish to renew my contract with you guys and the payment i will be making this month will be the last one.

I have made it clear to the gentleman that called that this week is my last one and i will be available again next year Jan the 7th.

I just need my name off your systems, can you just grant me my Christmas wish.
