I received the Infinity Phone from FoneChoice end of February 2013.
Two weeks after receiving the phone the "on" button would'nt work. I contacted FoneChoice regarding this and they said that the phone would be collected for repairs - I HAD IT FOR TWO WEEKS!!!
On 18th March 2013 the phone was collected by Courier It and sent to Apple Doctors in Cape Town. On Friday 12th April 2013 I contacted FoneChoice to find out when I'm getting my phone back as no one has come back to me.
I was told that my phone was still in for repairs - I told the consultant that this was a brand new phone that was giving problems already??
I instructed her to phone me back on the 12th with an answer as to when I'm getting my phone back. I'm still waiting for her call.
I'm now paying for something that I don't have. I would like my phone back by the end of this week or I want a new phone sent to me. If this is not possible I want my contract cancelled and you can keep your phone!!
If I do not get an answer by the end of today my attorneys will be in contact with you.
