Ichanged my debit order date from the 20th to the 7th of each and every month. they debited for the monthand they tried again on the same month and i called customer care tehy admitted to the mistake and advised they will fix it and even unsuspended my line that thay had suspended.
I have not paid 2 months because you guys tried to debit when I changed debit order date and had paid for that month. Check all the credits and check the months, for the past 3 months you guys have been messing up my account. Your records are clearly incorrect as you keep on billing me incorrectly and the first month I called 808 and asked why have tried to debit and the consultant apologized for the mistake on your side and now you come tell me about your records.

Get the breakdown of the months and the payments. I refuse to pay the cancellation fee when you guys are messing up and continuing to messing as we speak. You guys have been trying t o debit funds which are more and the unpaid in my account are R115 each, meaning that I will need those paid as that not the amounts I was expecting t o pay to you guys hence it returned unpaid.
