On the 2 sep 2013 i phoned in to purchase an I PHONE 4G and the sales was successful. phone was delivered on the 04 sep, after receiving the phone i wasn't satisfied with it, as per t&c stated i can CANCEL within 14 days i phoned in on the 9sep TO CANCEL and requested for another phone, i was told the phone will be collected but i cant take another phone they need to cancel this one then i can phone again for another contract, i phoned again on the 12 sep i was told they're still waiting for the phone to be send to the callcenter to check good condition, on the 17 sep i phoned i spoke to Lerato (female) who confirmed that the phone has been received cancelled, i ask her whether i could take another one she said yes and transfered me to sale i spoke to Lerato (male) who also confirmed that i can take another phone, after processing he said its been declined coz i still have an outstanding bill.on the 9 oct. i receive a statement staring that i owe i phoned customer care and Sbusiso said it wasnt cancelled and i was told to phone cancellation where i was told it wasnt cancel by Nkosinathi who gave me a nr. to call 0119914999 where they dont answer. HOW DO I PAY FOR SOMETHING I DONT HAVE
