Upgrade on false pretenses

Nov 8 2013 I went to Vodacom 4U in greenstone to blacklist my iPad which had been the previous day in our house. Upon requesting this the gentleman who was assisting me said I am due for an upgrade, I asked what does this entail cost wise he said I would only be paying for the new iPad monthly. I asked several times to ensure I would only be charged for one if I took the upgrade as I can't afford two, he reassured me and my mother who was there that I would indeed only pay for one. Needless to say when the bill for Dec arrived they are charging me for both! I went to the store yesterday the 17 Dec 2013 and went to the same gentleman who again said that it is a mistake I should only pay for one. He called head office and they said it was a premature upgrade and I still have 2 months left on the old one. After which the consultant looked very confused saying my account doesn't qualify for premature upgrade. He was trying to explain why we had to pay but wasn't sure as he was determined I only had to pay for one. So now I sit being double billed with no actual explanation as to why, when I only took the upgrade with the knowledge that I would pay for one only.
