Cannot upgrade

I tried to do an premature upgrade as I'm due for an upgrade in May and need a new phone. I contacted 0821946
and was told that I do not qualify for an premature contract as my spend are not R800 if this are the case Vodacom I will have to cancel my contract when it ends. This are really bad and I would invest my money at another service provider.
