I did an upgrade in Dec 2013, when I did the premature upgrade I was not told about an upgrade fee, and other fees charged on invoice monthly. When I received my bill, vodacom without advising me billed me a substantial amount on my invoice. I called them on numerous occasions and they promised to reverse all charges but nothing has been done. I am now receiving sms's to say my account is in arrears and I have never defaulted a payment since I have been a client of vodacom. I have spent most of my morning today for someone to assist and I have just been holding on. Legally if the consultant has not advised me of charges, I cannot be billed for it. I am very dissapointed in the service that I have received from vodacom. Ref S3-T9A88-81K5
