Upon my report of not being able to access the internet I received this response:

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

The max speed that you can get once you have finished 3072MB can be anything from 0-384kbps. When usage surpasses this limit data throughput will be throttled, todate you have used 11075MB of data.

0 kps? If you are throttling me out of the internet then you have sold me CAPPED internet and not UNCAPPED and to this I take huge offence. You cannot sell me uncapped internet then cap me at a certain point!! This is the point I have been trying to make to your call centre. If you are throttling me out of the internet then you are in breach of contract as this IS NOT the contract I signed up for. If this is the service you plan on supplying I insist to be released from my contract so that I can find a more reliable ISP. How dare you sell me a product as uncapped then tell me that if I reach a certain cap I can be disconnected from future internet use.
