I and I am sure tons of other customers are infuriated with your luring customers to sign up deals for your new I-Phone 5s.
Many of your stores have never received stock .. those who have received stock has never received stock AGAIN.. yet your brochure has this item advertised.
And your store consultants continue to sign up new contracts... not having a clue when they would receive stock.
We did inform the consultant we needed this before Christmas., and he told us that he does not have stock at the time but they have ordered and would have it before then.
I spoke to the branch manager Tariq Ahmed today who says he has placed many orders and MTN has been rejecting these orders???
Why are you false advertising? This is the busiest season in the year which I am sure you are aware of before advertising on your brochures, THEREFORE CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM OF NO STOCK!!!
