Bad service delivery... Throteling

I am on a uncapped product from mweb. When i joined mweb i was on a unshaped uncapped product. After some time i enquired about the uncapped product for R199.00 per month. I was assured by the salesperson that I would not be shaped or throttled at any stage. During August 2013 a letter was send to all Mweb clients stating that they are going to implement a "fair" shaping proses. I once again contacted the sales centre and was once again assured that i am in reasonable limit and would not be affected by the shaping/throttling. Yesterday i notice very slow Internet speed and upon enquiry today i was informed that i am being throttled for Internet usage of 41 gig for the present month. I spoke to a lady by the name of Allison that could not give me the threshold from which throttling would commence. It is apparently unknown to the call centre and staff from how many data used one would get throttled. Please Mweb try and give me an answer... is 40 gig per month the threshold?
