Why do you pay for uncapped internet but still get capped. The product that was sold to me was uncapped internet. I use it for browsing, downloading and uploading. The product is uncapped, but yet they cap you. Uncapped means unlimited whereas capped means you have a limit. If I bought a product with a 1Gb cap then after 1 Gb they can stop me but I bought and pay for an UNCAPPED line. Surely this is a breach of contract. If I don't pay they suspend my services and would not hesitate to hand me over for debt collection. But now that I do pay they do not deliver on their product that was sold to me.
