NO Statements

I have phoned your call centre every month for the last 4 to 6 months requesting statements. Every single month I am told my e mail address is correct and I will receive statements monthly as requested when I opened my account. I have had it, I wont phone you again. Sort yourself out and make sure I receive my statement EVERY MONTH AS I REQUESTED. Still obviously for this month no statement received. you want payment every month but can not even forward me a monthly statement??? Pathetic
