First, I couldn't upgrade because my contract appeared as a corporate contract even though it wasn't. It took weeks for that to be fixed. When they finally fixed it they sent me a blank quotation. I called them, then they sent me a wrong quotation. Had to call them again. When the phone was finally delivered I got headsets even though the quotation says battery back-up. I called again, held for about fifteen minutes and all the consultant said was we'll come collect the package. No apology for the inconvenience I was caused.
If I had known that upgrading my contract would be such a mission I would have gone to another service provider. I'm actually considering cancelling my contract and going to a service provider that will treat me like a valued customer.
