My family and I have always been loyal MTN network users, I am utterly appalled by my most recent interaction with my service provider, there was been no joy in the replacing of my handset over the past few months of which I am still awaiting. The customer service that MTN has provided me is off the lowest calibre - I have had no calls from them, no feedback, and for every time that I do contact them there is a different excuse as to the hold up. Service of this poor level needs to be named and shamed!
