A few months back after hello peter assist me i managed to receive a new handset from cell c after sending the old one twice for repairs. The handset worked fairly well for a few months and then its back to square one. Also the reception of cell c network has become unbearable and alarming to think in a time of an emergency one cannot contact family members due to poor network coverage. I cannot have a conversation on this phone without the call dropping. I always have to return calls which leaves a dent in my pocket.
I have tried many times to contact the call centre but to no uncertain manner i could not be assisted with my problem.
I urgently request assistance in either changing my handset to a different model that works better or i would like to be relieved of my 2yr contract signed with cell c. I'm willing to return the handset and its accessories. I cannot afford to follow the cell c repair process for it takes a minimum of 20 days which is ridiculous if you consider the fact that the human population and a business industry is dependant on a cellular phone.
