To who it may concern

could you please get someone to get back to me on the balance of my account. I have a default on my name and i want it cleared asap . i cant hold on fot 30mins to get through to your callcentre. Please treat this as urgent as i want this resolved as a matter of urgency.

i want to pay u people nw so please get back to me.
