Sent my handset in for repairs to MTN Musgrave (shop 309 level 3) on 30 December 2012, still havent received handset after 3 weeks.i was told by HVRC that theres no stock of the handset when i called in. They could have had the courtesy to call me and tell me earlier so i could understand.for the past week i have been calling everyday and im told the same story-handset swopped out and waiting to be sent to durban! i have important numbers i need to restore to my handsewt and need to contact customers and i cant do that! this is pathetic service and i have been a loyal customer with mtn for over 10 years and im totally disgusted.my contract is up for renewal and i definitly wont be supporting them in the future
