Hi my name is Shalette. I have been with 8ta over 3years now and am very dissappointed in the level of service i have been receiving from them.
Ever since i have re-located to my new area i have zero network coverage and have been phoning and complaining but nobody seems to get back to me.
I have even complained to a Manager, had a technician that has been to my place. The technician has agreed that the network coverage here is extremely poor and would get somebody at 8ta to get back to me regarding this issue but since then I have heard nothing from 8ta.
I have been a loyal customer since 8tas conception and do spend a lot of money on 8ta and do not expect such terrible and poor service from them... highly dissappointed!!!
