I was told by a few that CELL C was an amazing network so deiced to go ached and take up a contract my 1st in fact with your company, only later to find out the service and NETWORK IS SO POOR.

I have been a new loyal customer of CELL C for the past 5 months What's the use when I have no Network? But you at CELL C are taking an amount of R450, I have time and again received poor service and network problems with your network everywhere I go.
I have had to drive way back out to pick up network with CELL C, keep getting cut of when talking with customers. On most days, I made the purchase weekly of hundreds rands airtime for my pre paid cell phone. You, tell me where is the point in that when I have a contract phone with Cell C?
I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested. I hope you would look into the matter ASAP iam tired of talking to people who don't know how to deal with customers, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue ASAP.
