No response from Cell C

I lodged a complaint previously on hellopeter about Cell C's pathetic network coverage. Cell C responded on 15 september and said someone would be in contact with me.

Its been a month later, and still no contact. No refernce number, NOTHING!

I hardly have any network coverage, cannot use the internet, and my calls get dropped all the time!
Cell C has got to be the worst service provider!

Im sure if someone is in arrears with their bills, they are quick to suspend that person's contract. But when they are wrong and providing terrible service, one hears nothing from them!

Utterly disgusted!
