I took in my My Samsung galaxy S3 for repairs on the 4th of Nov 2013 to a Cellc store at the Galleria Mall &a guy called John assisted me to book in the phone for repairs&he made me sign all paper work that was needed and had told me that the waiting period was 21 working days. Two weeks went by and I had called the people from C Surance just to do a follow up on the phone and I was told that there hadn't received any paper work from the store so I went to the guy that had helped me&I was told that ''they is no such thing I must just wait for the 21 days to be over''.Went back again to the store after 21 days&a young Indian man told me that ''some phones take longer to come back then others, I must just wait''.A month later I went back to the store being angry now cause I had just lost my memory card with all my daughters pictures in it&I was told that my phone was not insured, being angry I called the Csurance in front of the lady and the Sanele on the line asked to spoke with the manager and I was told by her to wait 15mints as she waited for an email from the Csurance''ddn't get any call from her till today!!! ALL I WANT IS MY PHONE BACK!! IS THAT SO HARD TO ASK FOR??
