This is the second time I am complaining about Lewis with no success. The store is giving me run arounds I don't know where to escalate further because I sent my bank statement and ID copy as requested yet they keep saying I have to send another one with a different date, like where must I find because there are no options to customize statement dates on the ATMs, just because of that they don't want to pay up. what more do they want I need my money ASAP please.
