Terrible service overall

I took my blackeberry into MTN walker drive for repairs, 2 wks later was given a refurbished bb that only worked for 2 days. Took it back and they reloaded software in store and worked another 2 days sent it for repairs. To cut a long story short the phone came back almost 2 mnths later damaged (paper work went missing after I asked for it as the phone was in store 6 days after sending it in). I was told I would get a new phone not a refurbished phone due to this and I wouldn't pay for a month as I had waited so long. My account has also been debited by R307 instead of R229 for over a year. Even after I told mtn this I see my account has been debited by R307 again. I was told it would take 72 hours to refund me and I have been waiting for over a month now. 808 were supposed to call me back but didn't. My emails to the store are ignored. This has been going on since mid jan and I'm very tired of it all. I sent an sms to the regional manager about my refund and got told he's out of town and must wait till the end of the week. I don't have enough space to type about everything. Worst service I have ever had.
