This past month we have been throttled twice, the first a few days ago but after a day the line speed returned. Though since this morning I have again been throttled. I understand their new idiotic fair usage agreement, but as a gamer I don't have much choice with the quantity I am forced to download when it comes to updates and purchases on Steam and PSN. They are extremely unfair and don't care about their customers. Their advertisement of uncapped is false, and the fact "Premium" lines are throttled is even more ridiculous. I will definitely be changing from this horrific ISP as soon as possible.
