I received my phone back from repairs few days after it was promised. According to cell C it takes 21 days but I waited far longer than that (25 Days). I receive a cal from the store on the 24th day saying that my phone is in store I need to collect it. Get in store and its not mine, made me so angry, next day I receive a call again saying that my phone has arrived I went in store to collect it and they just handed the exact same mobile phone back to me after I have been told that I will receive a brand new one which I feel that I do need to get. I have been told that I will receive a new mobile phone by several advisers as well as in a email that a guy named Sipho (case number: 1310000000249762) sent me. I am still sitting with the same problem on my phone. The battery dies quick. the battery hasn't even been replaced. very poor service I am really not happy with cellc.
