I purchased an iphone 4s at Cellc in Sandton City on the 25-03-2013. when I get home I realized that the camera was not working well I took it back to the store after two days and they promised to give me a new phone after seven days however when I went to the store again on the 05-04-2013 the manager told me that the phone had liquid damage, so I must wait till the phone is returned. today I phoned the store and spoke to a lady called Ayanda and she hanged up the phone while I was still on the line. Till today I don't have a phone but come month end I must pay for it. in addition contract agreement documents were only given to me on the 05th of April 2013.
