Dear MTN
According to my Contract my Data is supposed to be Refreshed ON THE 14th of every Month.
Since the beginning of the Contract this was done Just after Midnight 13th/14th.
PLEASE continue to do so at that time AND NOT LATELY WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE IT...
Its now 20h00 ON THE 14th and I am still having to contend with Slow Speeds. last Month The same!
I expect a personal phone call within 48 Hours with an explanation
