My account data is not reset! For a second time

My account runs from 14th of the month to the 13th of the next month.

What is SUPPOSED to happen is that my data resets (I am on a 2 GIG plan).

I got my contract mid June 2013... and in this time I have had to contact them TWICE to have my data reset.

This is breach of contract... as I pay for a service which I am NOT getting.

Today, I tried calling 808 - their tollfree number for MTN users, which my device can not contact as they have suspended my account earlier this month as I reached my limit... So, not only do they not reset my data, I can also not call them to ask them.

I asked my boyfriend to call them and ask them to please call me back as I cant call 808... they told him they are not interested to talk to him as he is not the account holder. He told them to speak to me then, but they refused to call me.

UNACCEPTABLE!
