Good Afternoon
I logged an issue on 13/14th of April and no one called me in regards with the issue, Sunday I called again asking what is going on with my issue and I was told that they will escalate my issue to the IT department and will call me back in 24/48 hours and still nothing.
The issue:
The data contract I have with you guys is the 2gig for R99 on the 13/14th I loaded an extra 500MB but only got something over 200MB so where did the other 300MB or so data go?
How many times do I need to call before you guys get back to me? How many times do i need to log a call before someone sorts my issue out.
I would rather cancel my contract if this continues.
