The debit order on my cellphone contract was debited last month on the 14th of October 2013, instead of the first because my debit order bounced at the beginning of October. Today, 02 November 2013, it was debited twice, so according to my knowledge my account was up to date last month on the 14th, why did they take a double payment this month? I do not earn a big salary and I need the money they just deducted without permission!
