In addition to the dozens of phone calls and many emails to Vodacom's "customer care", I have emailed the person in charge of their Hello Peter complaints FOUR TIMES with NO RESOLUTION of the complaint or even an attempt to do so.
Please reinstate my Talk500S contract and provide confirmation thereof, as I will not be upgrading to any new contract with Vodacom or extending the term of the existent one.
Vodacom's telephone is still in my possession - PLEASE COLLECT.
C'mon Vodacom, this is not hard.
I commence annual leave on Friday and Vodacom's expensive phone will be locked in my office for a MONTH. I take NO responsibility for any loss/damage/ suffered by Vodacom due to its gross negligence, viz. its unwillingness to collect the phone in question despite dozens of requests to do so.
