Dont count on vodacom, even after 8 years loyalty

I went into the Glen Vodacom 4u outlet to do an upgrade on one of my 5 continuously upgrading contracts.
Why I say continuously is, even though it goes against a pesons better judgement, you want to cancel your contract to save that money, you land up upgrading because you do want the latest technology.

As usual, I as a Vodacom customer for 8 years (contracts) went into the outlet to upgrade my contract from a business to a 1gig data bundle with the Samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1. All was well and all went according to how all my contracts always do, but this time, the agent neglected to inform me that should I put my sim card into the tablet before the 1st of May, I will still be billed as I will still be on a business contract.
So, my sim was in my tablet for 2 days after the agent telling me my sim would be active in 24hours, he DID TELL ME THAT MY CONTRACT WAS SUCCESSFULY COMPLETED, BUT HE DID NOT SAY I WAS STILL ON A BUSINESS CONTRACT! So for 1 and a half or 2 days from the 28th, I WAS billeded R790 for data. So for incompetence from poor communication skills, I have to pay the price. Vodacom cannot and still won't admit they where wrong and reverse the charges!!!
