During the past 2 months my ADSL line is not working for at least 2 days per week. I pay for access 24 hous, 7 days a week. When I phone to report the fault I get sms with ref number and after the call the line comes on. I get the idea that Telkom oversell capacity which they cannot provide. Has this ever been tested in Court? Let us take hands and address this unfair business practice.
