Poor Poor Service

We applied for an Uncapped ADSL line which was installed in record time during October 2013. The cost was for just over R500 p.m. and included a landline. Well all worked well and the line was a hugh improvement on the Internet Dongles which we used in the past.
Well we got our first account which was >R800 but we were told that there is additional cost so fine. The next account in November was for over R2, 500. We were very surprised and went to see Mr. Pentz at Telkom Direct. It was established that our account NUMBER 311423490001 was somehow linked to another user in Pretoria. Telkom could not sort out the problem but Mr. Pentz promised he will rectify the situation. We heard nothing for a month. Then got an SMS that we are in arrears and the line will be switched off. This despite the fact that they deducted R600 from my account every month. I again went to Telkom DIRECT and stood in a cue for an hour. Gail was very helpful. Saw that there was a duplication. She phone the call centre and they said she must launch a complaint. Well by phone line is off for a week now. The problem has still not been rectified despite Gail's promise that she will phone me back. SO WHAT CAN ONE DO?
