MTN is a reaping people off. Firstly I had a contract with MTN since two and a half years ago. I insured my blackberry torch, it was and I reported it and gave MTN everything they needed. Within 2 days they called and told me that I didn't insure the number that I was using on my phone, which I did insure. They then told me that I'm due for an upgrade next month (This was last year already around October) This year Blackberry Z10 had a problem with the software and they just called to tell me that the phone has a physical damage after being a loyal costumer. MTN is not ayoba as they claim. Now I have to pay for the rest of the contract while they don't want to fix my phone??? Hello Peter please help me to resolve this problem with MTN.
