Great Service from Oustanding Staff Membe

I have been experiencing many frustrations with Telkom Mobile over the past month and although some of it is still pending in terms of resolution (data issue porting to 8ta voice, month to month contract), one individual named Monty Meyers has stood out in terms of his great attitude, willingness to help and above all else his word is his bond!

For such a big company, most of my interactions have been with spineless call centre individuals who promise the world and do nothing only to be replaced by another clown the next day who does the same.

Monty on the other hand has stuck to his word, taken my case on, called when he said he would call and kept me up to date even when he had no further progress. I applaud him for this and only wish you had more staff like him!!!
