I upgraded last year in August to get the Torch 9810 which i am not paying R459.00 for per month. However in December last year it started giving troubles. I then took it to Nashua in Centurion to do a software upgrade which they did. They then installed older version of everything on my phone because they said that the 9810 doesn't support the newer versions. I was then told that I should load the Blackberry app on my PC and do software upgrades. However this didn't work as the Blackberry just kept freezing up. I have taken it to Nashua in Centurion and Sandton and they say their is nothing they can do about the phone. They tried doing a system upgrade but the phone freezes every 2 minutes. This is very frustrating and when it starts up it takes half an hour to come on. I feel that i should be re-imbursed or at least be given a new phone as this problem persists and I believe the phone is defective. I am tired of having to leave my phone at these places all the time and then being inconvenienced without having a phone. I hope that this problem can be addressed immediately and sorted out as this problem is unbearable.
