A consultant form Vodacom sent me and email once again asking for all information. This is now the 5th time I have to give information. On top of that the consultant has not even read the complaint properly as the email is now all of a sudden addressed to my sister as well as myself even though my sister has nothing to do with this. I really cannot believe the incompetency and unwillingness of this well know company to resolve a complaint. My number will be cut and I will suffer a great loss as I have been conducting business with my main phone number for over 1o years.
