On Thursday 8th 2013 I ordered an Upgrade from Vodacom and they shipped the upgrade via RAM (Not my courier of choice). This was shipped before 12 on Thursday and I was told by the Vodacom agent that the package would arrive on Monday 12th 2013 as Friday the 9th was a Public Holiday.
This morning I contacted RAM to check the status of the delivery as I would have to make sure that I would be home. The agent at RAM had then given me the address of where they would deliver to and it was INCORRECT! When I signed the Vodacom Quotation the address stipulated was the correct one. Furthermore the address that RAM had provided me with DOES NOT EVEN EXIST!!
I had then contacted Vodacom again and they provided me with the address that they gave RAM and this was correct. I had then contacted RAM once more and the agent was exceptionally abrupt even though I had calmly explained to her what the situation was.
The reason I am so angry is because I know need to take some more time off work tomorrow to take collection of the upgrade! They did not even offer an apology or try and fix the situation timeously.
